The apartment has high security locks, smoke alarm, fire-proof safe for documents and valuables, central heating and double-glazing throughout, an entrance cloakroom and spacious lounge for entertaining guests. It has comfortable sitting arrangements and a double bed sofa, bureau with leather executive armchair, tropical aquarium, mini bar and wide screen satellite television with theatre surround sound system, video with PAL and NTSC playback, DVD and HiFi system with radio, cd and casette deck. It offers wireless free internet access for laptops and PDA's. The lounge is well lit and has doors leading to its own outside patio with patio heating and barbeque. There is a king-size hammock which can be used both internally and externally.

There is a dining area off the lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and deepfreeze, twin sink unit, iron & ironing board, English china dinner service, glassware, electric kettle, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker and ample storage space.

The luxurious bathroom has a whirlpool bath with power shower, "his" & "her" wash basins, professional turbo hairdryer and storage units with mirrors. There is a separate toilet.

Downstairs is the spacious fully sound-proofed Master Bedroom with king size bed, fully fitted warrobes throughout, underfloor heating system, air ventillation system and second satellite television.

In addition to the double bed sofa in the lounge area, a single bed can be added to accommodate a maximium of 5 persons; Alternatively, subject to availability, there is a delightful studio apartment within the same premises which can house up to four persons, or Amsterdamchoice apartment which can house up to 6 persons.

We can also offer you in-house telephone, facsimile and high speed Internet access, as well as business, secetarial and translation services. We can provide personal chefs, guides, cleaners, baby-sitters, security personnel, etc. in accordance with your requirements. There is even a private dining club within the same premises which can be rented for initimate dinner parties or business meetings from 2 up to 12 persons.

The maisonette apartment is within walking distance of most of Amsterdam's major tourist attractions and is easily accessible from Schiphol Airport, Central Station and the city's main motorways. It is an oasis of luxury and tranquility in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam. The apartment is available for short-term lets and can even be rented by the day. Bed linen, towels, dinner service, glassware and cutlery are all provided. The apartment is being constantly upgraded to ensure VIP treatment with the maximum of comfort and luxury.

Our all inclusive rates are 175 Euro per day for single occupancy, 200 Euro per day for double occupancy, plus 50 Euro per day for each additional person. Children aged 12 or under are charged at the rate of 25 Euro per day. A refundable deposit of 100 Euro is required for each set of security key provided.
